Day 5 - Shift

Can't believe it is the fourth day of competition already and the fifth shift. The team is now bedded in and working well, sharing out duties etc. 

It's another late shift (until midnight) but means can have lie in in morning. Certainly the whole issue of meal tickets has been resolved with the change of shift times the other day

We got something hot, albeit an appetiser of two (portioned controlled obviously) chicken kebabs

During our rest break managed to have a quick look at Netball.  There was a large audience who were clearly enjoying England v South Africa

...and finally the shock result in the Rugby 7s with South Africa beating New Zealand
